We have been payrolling contractors in-house for over 20 years and understand how to maximise compliance while minimising risk, both for our clients and for their contractors.
Primis is a trading division of Talascend International, who are a part of the award-winning First Recruitment Group and this gives us unparalleled insight into different ways of working for contractors, employees, agencies and direct employers.
Our Solutions are designed to meet a range of needs, including for contractors who fall within the scope of IR35 and would normally look to a conventional umbrella company.
However, we also provide outsourced payroll services for reasons other than IR35, for companies and contractors looking to reduce their admin burden and gain a variety of benefits.
